Pass your next customer security review on AWS, without hiring DevOps.
InfraHouse gives startups selling to enterprise customers a production-ready AWS foundation without hiring a DevOps team. You bring a working Docker image; we give you a running app on AWS with GitHub-managed CI/CD, infrastructure you own from day one, and a graduation path into your own AWS Organization with no rebuild.
Built and run by Aleks Kuzminskyi — ~69 production-grade Terraform modules, github-control pattern, ISO 27001 environment at TinyFish. You deal directly with the senior engineer who designs and operates your stack. About Aleks →
What you get
PaaS-like speed, real AWS destination
Start fast, land in an AWS account you own. No runway ceiling, no rebuild when an enterprise prospect asks where the workload runs.
Ownership without hiring DevOps
We operate the stack. You keep the keys, the repos, and the Terraform code from day one — including when you do hire DevOps.
GitHub-native infrastructure management
Everything is Terraform in repositories you own, with production-grade CI/CD on GitHub Actions. The same review process you already use for application code.
No rebuild at graduation
Your AWS account moves into your own AWS Organization when you are ready. Same stack, same Terraform, no migration project.
Audit-ready from day one
CloudTrail, IAM boundaries, least-privilege patterns baked into the delivery, not bolted on the week before the auditor shows up.
How it works
Connect your GitHub org and AWS access
We provision an AWS account inside our AWS Organization (Nursery) and install our GitHub App. Your Terraform and your repos live in your GitHub org from minute one.
Bring a working Docker image
Drop it in a repo with a Dockerfile at the root. InfraHouse deploys it on ECS behind an ALB, wires CI/CD on GitHub Actions, and hands you the URL.
Graduate when you are ready
Your AWS account transfers into your own AWS Organization with no rebuild. Billing moves directly to AWS. The stack does not change.
Running in production at TinyFish: 100+ repositories, ISO 27001 certified environment, AWS Control Tower with per-service sandbox and production accounts, Terraform managing everything from IAM to CI/CD.
Nursery SaaS starts at $500/month platform fee plus AWS pass-through, with a one-time setup of $2,000–$3,000. No long-term commitment required.
